I just wanted to write a review about the current office manager Pam. I lived here for 4 years and moved a while ago but my job accidentally mailed something to my old apartment. I was really nervous about calling and somehow not being able to get my package. Pam honestly went above and beyond for me. She checked the mail room and even called the current tenant that lives in the unit I used to rent to see if they could check their mailbox. It was just a really positive experience and the community is lucky to have someone who is professional, kind, caring, and willing to help. I would have been grateful to have her there when I used to live here.

I recently moved into Solaire about a month ago, and as someone new to Albuquerque, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Pamela in the leasing office showed incredible compassion and went above and beyond to help me get settled into my apartment. Renee, the maintenance manager, has also been a huge help, addressing my concerns promptly and efficiently. Because of these amazing professionals, Solaire truly feels like home. While I know no place is perfect, the support and care here make it feel like it comes pretty close.

Alannah was absolutely amazing towards me and my family when I went touring for their one bedroom floor plans. She answered every question and gave me all the information necessary. Because of her attention and the floor plan itself, I give them a 10/10. As for the space itself, I am mainly concerned for safety based on the lack of gate or security for the apartments themselves. They share the space with another apartment building, so closing off the space may be complicated, but previous reviews from other tenants in here mentioning car theft or homeless people sleeping on premises does make me nervous. Alannah reassured me that a patrol does come around through the day, but it is understandable that some things that happen are out of their control. Overall, I would recommend some extra security or gate for the future. TLDR: Alannah was amazing, I loved the space and closeness to everything, but I am concerned for safety. Will update if I choose this apartment in the future.

Update 10/24/24 I couldn't leave a 2nd review so I wanted to leave a updated consolation. Ann has been great in my experiences w her. I had a incident today regarding the tow service. My bike is needing tags and was going to be towed today until I talked to her. I asked for a 2 day grace period to store the bikes and avoid a tow. 2 minutes later Ann was on the phone w the tower and all was taken care of. She's fair and thorough in her business ethics and I can respect that. Thanks again for helping me :]]]]]

I have been a resident with Solaire for a year and a half, and my overall experience has been good. Just like any other apartment complex there are issues and things that come up along the way, but what I will say is when these things arise the management team always comes through and makes things right. The maintenance team has overall been consistent, property is always safe and clean, and the apartments have been fully renovated on the outside (including the parking lot) so things anre only progressing, and we have great amenities. Living in this area is somewhat more expensive than other areas in the city but Solaire is one of the best as far as price.

Again, had another issue with my AC since the roofing company Solaire had installing the roofs turned off or disconnected the unit. I called the front office first thing in the morning and told them the situation and had to call back around 3:30pm on Wednesday to follow up. The lady who answered said they had a lot of work orders and didn't give me an answer if it would be fixed before they went home. I thought about it, called back twice right away and the office phone kept going to the recording. But she probably had people standing in front of her so no big deal. I called back a 3rd time, left a message for maintenance and Ryan called me back right away. It couldn't have been 2 minutes later. I explained the situation and was told air is one of the issues that takes priority over most other work orders. Ryan said, I'll be there in a few and 5 minutes later I heard him on the roof, I heard the AC compressor turn back on and my AC was working again. I don't know what he did, but I swear its never worked that good before. 🤣 Ryan has been awesome both times I had to bother him. Thank you brother!

So there was a roofing company installing new roofs. Saturday afternoon they cut off my AC and never turned it back on. It was so hot on the 3rd floor it was rediculous. I noticed when I arrived home around 9pm so I called the maintenance line. Ryan called me back pretty fast, within a few minutes. I explained the issue and he told me he can't go on the roof when its dark, but he could bring me a portable AC unit until the next day. Ryan showed up around 10pm on a Saturday and I felt bad, but dam it was hot. Most people don't care when it comes to customer service but Ryan was awesome! Super cool guy, nice, personable and above all, just a good human being. Seriously, who leaves their house and family on a Saturday night to come back to work? Thanks Ryan!

Listen it has been a very difficult transition with the new management. I have worked customer service for several years and understand the kind of patience you have to have both as a customer and an employee. One thing that is bothersome… telling your customer (renter) you will get back to them (especially on a specific day) and hear nothing. Not a way to gain trust in your new tenants. Now with that said, I understand that everyone is new. Valerie explained she was barely starting her first day, but girl get a calander book and write down your commitments, I know you saw my two emails. There is two people on this new team that are the saving grace of this review, first is Ryan, the ONLY maintenance person on the property currently and the most competent one this property has had in years. Very kind gentlemen, was thorough in his explanation and orderly. Second is jaqualine( property manager, ps sorry if I butchered your spelling) she seems to have experience in management and resolution handling, appreciate her diligence. So to end this review, I appreciate the helpful people on this property but also hope that things move up as well. I see light at the end of the tunnel. Residents: be patient with maintenance and just go to the office physically for any other issues. The staff in the office is too busy dealing with what’s on their plate and an in person introduction might be what’s best until the transition is easier.

This Apartment Complex is of excellent quality. A new management company has taken over very quickly and has acclimated as to what has to be done. The new maintenance team of Ray and Leonard are great people and workers. They need time to take a copious amount of work orders and will have things in place in a little time. As swamped as they are, the front Staff of Jacqueline and Alex are experienced managers who will I believe make this a great place. In the interim, there were problems, however, I have seen an improvement as they are getting settled into our community. The revised name " Solaire" is a great staff with ideas that will make our place a clean and can do the little things as residents normally should. The maintenance guys, Leonard and Ray could get much done. Especially now . Just have a little patience. Things will be better.than before

My daughter and I lived here for almost 4 years, I believe...I can’t remember exactly but it’s been so long. We loved every minute of it! We lived on the 4th floor but since we had an elevator we didn’t mind. The area is so perfect and close to everything! Even though it’s in a busy area it’s actually really quiet. Being a single mother and in the military the staff was always so helpful when I couldn’t be there or when my dad had to move in and take care of my daughter while I was on deployment. They were always so understanding! My dad liked it there so much that he stayed after the military relocated my family. All the amenities that were included were wonderful and my daughter always loved going to the events the office planned for residents! I would recommend this place! We will miss it! 😊

Olympus Solaire is my first apartment and I have nothing but good things to say about it! Vivian and the staff are so helpful and give you a lot of information before moving in. She honestly made the moving experience easy and great! Such a beautiful apartment complex! I recommend moving if you’re considering Olympus Solaire!

My girlfriend and I have been living at Olympus since June 2020 and we have nothing but good things to say about this place. During the application process Kelsey was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us find the perfect apartment for a great price! After moving in we can both say that everyone in the front office is extremely helpful and polite. The maintenance team is always on top of things and are also very friendly. This place comes close to other apartments of equal size and features in terms of price but the the entire complex feels luxurious and is well kept. Highly recommend getting an apartment here if one is available!

The staff does a fantastic job with keeping the grounds kept up as well. If you are looking for a location close to everything, this is the place!

I have lived at these apartments for a year here in Albuquerque and have loved the experience. So many nice people live in these apartments and the staff is so easy to get a hold of. When my roommate and I needed something fixed the maintenance team came and fixed it right away too. Everything in the apartment was up to date and a great size to live in as well.

I've lived in Albuquerque for 2 years now and my first apartment was Olympus. I'm so glad I chose this apartment. Not only is the staff so nice, and professional but the quality of living feels luxurious. From the appliances, modern style and atmosphere. The location is also a blessing, it's close to so many restaurants, fast food and stores! I gave Olympus a perfect score because I literally couldn't think of one complaint, there's no roaches or insects in my apt, and the property is well kept.

Rent here!! We lived in an updated 2 bedroom apartment and had nothing but great experiences. Everything about this complex was stellar, helpful and prompt maintenance, clean amenities and very kind front office people. Vivian worked with us for our entire stay because this was the very first apartment me and my wife ever rented and she made us feel comfortable and informed about the entire move in and move out process. This is the best apartment complex in Albuquerque west side you won’t regret living here!

I scheduled a last-minute showing for a place with Vivian, and both she and Sandra in the office couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating to answer questions and provide a thorough tour. Although Olympus Solaire isn't an ideal fit for me, I'd definitely recommend checking them out.

Ever since the new owners have taken over, I haven't had any problems with the new owners, and I lived here since 2016. The old owners on the other hand, were a bunch of trouble makers. They even threatened to call the Albuquerque Police on me. Ever since the new owners came in it's been happily resolved and thankful to meet the staff. Thank you so much for the wonderful living experience, and I will recommend to anyone who needs an apartment.

I usually like to reserve my opinion of a place until I have stayed there for about a year. So far this apartment has been my best experience to date. The maintenance work is spot on with fast response. Leya at the front desk has been informative and helpful since day one. Every issue I've had leaving here she is taken care of quickly. The apartments themselves have been very clean and the community has been one of the best then I have lived around. Definitely recommend this place to stay at.

This property is so clean the maintenance is always on top of the grounds. I've put in a service request multiple times nothing major, these guys really do care. They are Johnny on the spot and they get the job done quick and accurate. The office staff are very friendly, they seem to care about all the residents they come in contact with they enjoy hosting events for the residents like burrito day the full staff was outside with so much spirit giving away breakfast burritos and a drink I choose the orange juice. The other gig that they hosted was a pool party which I thought was amazing thank you olympus solaire staff for the kindness that you show your residents you all truly know what it's like to manage a complex

Olympus Solaire is very attentive to anything you need and every single staff member is always ready to help right away. They are very imformative and will not let you forget any important news which is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful as well! Very roomy, clean, comes with a washer/dryer, I never have any problems! The always clean pool and 24 hours gym is also an great to have! Will definitely be renewing our lease and we're very happy with everything this place has to offer!

I have lived here since 2013 I believe and I have lived on almost every floor in three different floor plans. The new management, which ironically the employees are from the very first management team, Anna and Cathy and the excellent maintenance team. I would live here forever if I didnt want a house, but will be here at least two more years. If you want a home where the team cares, you have found it. I love the location, the design of the upgraded apartments is AMAZING!!! LIVE HERE OR BE SQUARE!!

I have lived in these apartments for almost 4 years, come January 2019. It is truly a great place to live. The quality and professionalism of the staff is top notch. The ladies in the leasing office are so kind and always willing to help me with whatever it is I need. The maintenance staff is also incredible, kind and respectful of your space. Their goal is to make it feel like home, and it does! The neighborhood is safe and super convenient. Most things are within walking distance. We have lived at Olympus Solaire (previously broadstone solaire) for about a year and half. We love living here!!! The staff always make us feel welcomed, they are friendly and willing to help. The company make us feel like a community where our opinions matter and our needs are never placed on the back burner. Even our pets are treated with open arms!!! Maintenance is quick! I called right at 10AM to fix a leak and they came over at 10:07! What else can I say but our experience here has been amazing!!! Thank you for all you do for my family!!!

I lived here from 2016-2018 Pros: Great location. Close to shopping/restaurants/etc. Easy access to Paseo, Alameda, and Coors. Clean, updated, and comfortable apartments. New appliances. Washer/Dryer. Pretty Quiet Neighbors New management is friendly and works hard to keep complex clean. All maintenance issues are taken care of QUICKLY. (I waited 1 day maximum for my issues to be resolved.) Cons: Parking. Many times I had to park by building 1 and I live in building 3. (I know this is a major issue for any complex) Apartments are pretty small for the price. Really loud noise/Semitrucks in the alley behind the shopping center on the Eastside of the complex. Woke me up late at night or really early in the AM. I realize the management has no control over this. Neighbors don't clean up after their dogs. (Management IS working to resolve this. It is getting better.) Valet trash service is nice, but an extra $20 a month for rent is a bit much. Overall, This is a nice complex. I never had any major issues with it. I would recommend this place to a friend. The rent increases were going to be too much for me. Plus, I have a job I need to move for.I hope this helps! Thanks for being my home for 2 years!

I have really enjoyed living here! All of the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. Any issues I have had since I moved in were resolved immediately. The location is so convenient, it's basically right in the middle of everything you could possibly need. The community is very quiet for the most part. The complex is kept up to date and the grounds are always clean. I look forward to the rest of my time here as I'm sure it will remain to be enjoyable. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking in the area.
